  Standard shipping is free for all orders with a destination within the European Union. Estimated delivery times are 4-6 business days.

• EXPRESS SHIPPING (EU)
  
  An express shipping service is available with guaranteed delivery within 3-4 business days, at a cost of €12.

• SHIPPING TO NON-EU COUNTRIES
  
  Customers residing in countries outside the European Union are requested to contact Sanfason via email in advance to arrange shipping methods.
  
  Any taxes, customs duties or import charges applied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The customer has the right to request a return by communicating their intention within 15 days of receiving the order, by sending a request via email to our customer service.

To be accepted, products must be returned:

• unused and undamaged;
  
• complete in all its parts;
  
• with the label still attached.
  

Once the request is received, Sanfason will provide all necessary instructions via email, including methods and times for delivering the package to the assigned courier.
